That's the market!
Lego™ costs a fortune in the United States. You can easily spend around $5 just to get some lego guy and an odd add-on (like a horse or some goofy prop). Larger units range from $30 to $100+. If you to go England, though (as of about six to eight years ago) Lego is a fraction of the price. I actually wanted to buy a whole bunch of it just to bring it back to the States! I guess it is because they aren’t as established in the market there. I also noticed that pewter figures were extremely cheap in England (another extremely expensive item in the States).
I think KOEI charges so much for RTK in Asia, in part, because they know they can get away with it. I wonder how the price of RTK compares to other video games, though? Is it more? Or do the poor Asians just have to pay a fortune for games? The $19.99 price-point in the US, though, is crazy-cool! That is usually the price of an old but popular game which still has a cult following.

What else is there coming out for PC?

This is great news! I would never had expected this! Finally it will be released in English, I was going to purchase one (Japanese) pretty soon just to use it on the PC, This is unbelievably great news I'll try to keep up with this.

Ouch! You really think so?
Given the flow of traffic through KMA I think there is a considerable demand for this. I'm not certain if the demand will be enough to justify this on the long term -- we can only hope -- but I don't think it will be terribly bad for Koei!
I think there will be a few people buying it for novelty content. Heck, I might get a copy even though I have the Chinese version + PUK, since it's just $20. (Obviously, if it costs the same as my Chinese copy I'm not going anywhere near it.)

A Romance of the Three Kingdoms game isn't going to go anywhere near a top-selling software list. Unless it's a list of top-selling Koei software or something... It has quite a niche following. We must know this by now? Pricing it so low is a smart move, because it will encourage people other than the fans (who are going to buy it anyway) to give it a chance out of curiosity.
EDIT: I won't be getting it, because I have the PS2 version. I would buy the Wii version, if they ever brought it over, though.

The PS2 version is an abomination, to be honest.
This will sell better than that. I already have spread the word on other gaming forums where KOEI games usually aren't even mentioned. A lot of old timers who forgot about the series are thinking of picking it back up.
