Just thought I'd mention found this on the net -

its pretty much the old ROTK ebook from threekingdoms.com but really really redone. quite a bit more interesting and better looking version, albeit alot bigger.

I've put a sparse version of Empire Divided up. Its mostly just to make it easier to access biographies/maps without having to use the web archive.

Both links don't seem to be working for me anymore. Even downforeveryoneorjustme.com can't find it.
