After all, the relationship between Cao Zhen and Sima Yi appears to have been functional. I think it would actually be easier to use it as a jumping off point to Jin's ascension than Cao Pi's relationship with Sima Yi, considering how short his reign ultimately was.
If they can abolish fanaticism, let us pray for the advent of the sceptics.
Cao Zhen could be used as a rival to Sima Yi. As a guy who can match him, but doesn't trust him either and in his distrust he's quick to punish and drive Sima Yi away. He could be a catalyst for Sima Yi turning rogue. Especially as it is his son who is overthrown by Sima Yi.
As for Cao Pi, they should either have his reign merged into Cao Rui's (which isn't historical, but has been done in the games before) or they should just rename him and Zhen Ji to Cao Rui and Guo (Whatever name Koei makes up) and hope no one will know the difference

I voted Zhang Jiao, but maybe it's just because I can't stand his English VA. I actually liked Zhang He's camp-ness. He's fun to use, why the hell not? Plus he was able to coerce BOTH Zhuge Liang and Sima Yi to dance together in that one cutscene.
I voted Zhang He because out of all those characters, I feel like he is the most wacky character in the entire series. Someone who managed to even compete with Zhuge Liang in his northern campaign being so silly makes me laugh .
