Has anybody been experiencing difficulties trying to load the site randomly the past few days? Is this a known issue?

The same has been occurring to me, across browsers, for 2 days now.

I get this error message:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

User db184643_scholar already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections [1203]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.

High traffic, presumably from some spam bot. It's a real nuisance.

Pretty annoying. It's been working relatively fine today, but the past few days it was almost impossible to get on the forums. Even now I still see about 300 guests online.

It's been incredibly frustrating! I'd given up and not accessed the forum for a few days!

Same here. I have to refresh the page before it actually loads. Hope it gets fixed soon especially during this time.
