What difficulty do you play on the most?

Just wondering. Since I asked a little while ago about item level and most people seem to have lots of lower items I have to wonder, do most of the scholars here not go for a difficulty that challenages them?

Now this is mostly about DW5, but would also apply to the other games ... at least I think each game had 4 difficulty (easiest didn't deserve to exist IMO)

This really applies to every game. I play on regular Hard difficulty. Some games are good in extreme, but I don't like to get too involved. Ussually, I do play on hard with strategy games (the Kessen series is so great on the hardest difficulty!).

I play on "hard" almost all of the time. I've only attempted "chaos" a few times, but I think it's way too difficult. I really wish there was something in-between "hard" and "chaos" though, as even hard mode gets really easy once your officer's stats get maxed, or near-maxed. :?

Normal. Yes I am a wussy. But I play hard because I need a challenge sometimes. But there are times I will play on the Easy diffuculty. For example if Diao Chan was the last character to unlock before I got Zou Ci. Then hell yea becuase Diao Chan isn't very strong.

DW4 only has 3...no chaos...

Mine is locked on hard. Doesn't move, doesn't change...unless I feel like killing a lot of people...

I usually play chaos for maxed characters and hard for others.

Well, I haven't got Dynasty Warriors 5 yet, but I usually play on Hard mode on the other DW games now. Has anyone noticed the DW4 stages are still pretty easy to complete on Xtreme Difficult on DW4XL?
