As far as I know, I should get up to 30 students.
I tried to build the content of the course through rigorous research. I used Russell Kirk's The Conservative Mind, The Conservative Intellectual Movement in America Since 1945 by George H. Nash, William F. Buckley's biography by Cart T. Bogus, over a dozen academic papers and a sprinkle of classic works by authors such as Burke and the Federalist.
I only got a few hours, so I have plenty of material to work with!

I am finishing up a lot of loose ends for both my English and History degrees.
English:
Modern British Novel - Studying lots of British novels of the 20th century.
Canadian Literature Before WWII - An independent study. Essentially, I will read a bunch of novels on my own, and write assignments by a given due date. It's mainly a look at how World War I affected Canadian writing.
Romantic Novel - Studying a bunch of novels from the Romantic period. We are also certain to look at women's issues in the context of the Romantic period.
Hamlet - Basically an in-depth study of Hamlet. We are also going to read a couple books based on Hamlet, watch a couple productions of the play, and even direct/act a couple scenes for the class. This one should be fun, but intense.
Contemporary Science Fiction - We're going to read some modern sci-fi (not mainstream stuff), and also look at science fiction itself, as a genre.
History:
Rachat prêt
The American Revolution - Speaks for itself.
History: Theory and Practice - A study of what it means to study history. The uses of historical study, various methods of historical categorization and themes of emphasis (definition of eras, the "Great Man Theory," etc...). I don't know how useful this course will be, but it is a degree requirement.
I will also be working on my honours thesis the whole time. It is a study of colonialism and the idea of "Empire" in H.G. Wells's major works.
