Guan Yu would have been somewhat close to perfect had he had some humility and not so much arrogance.

Yup-if he wasn't arrogant, he would have been like Zhao Yun. But a guy's gotta have flaws-it's abnormal if you don't.

I personally think Cao Cao was close to it. He was good in leading troops, good in dueling abilities, very intelligent, great in politics, and had great charisma.

Cao Cao was too cruel and brash though. He was nowhere near perfect. If he were perfect, he would never have risen to his position in the first place. He had to step all over other people to get to be prime minister.
"His head looks as though it was stuck on a pole for sale," said Guan Yu, just glancing over the army at his feet.

"O green-eyed boy! O purple-bearded rat! Do you know me?"

And somehow that's one of his abilities. To be able to utilise opportunities to the max.
Also, Cao Cao was a good fighter.

Cao Cao was cruel as well as he was brilliant he really used his chances but at the end wheter perfect or not his arrogance caught him off and Chi Bi brought him his hardest defeat.

Well, for one thing, Cao Cao was a good fighter, although you can't compare him to the tigers or such. He utterly defeated Zhang Bao and Zhang Liang at Yingchuan on the burning plains (although it was mostly Huangfu Song and Zhu Jun's work), for example.

And there is no perfect man because man isn't so and because we see people in different viewpoints. I think Cao Cao was a powerful and strong leader with great persuasion and skill, but of course he lacked a kind heart which Liu Bei had.

Yes but because of that lack of heart he was able to get powerful while at the same time Liu Bei still was a homeless wanderer

Cao Cao lacked virtue, people looked up to Virtuous people and Cao Cao wasn't very virtuous.

Yes he wasnt.

Things get a bit out of topic:

Gan Yu was a greaqt man but still his problem was that he was to confident what lead to his downfall but can someone be thus arrogant to misjudge everything and to let his men die at Jing he had no chance but still he did that suicide mission why?

What do you mean he had no chance?
