I'm bored with the standard created officer and historical model, so I've hex-edited my created officer model.
This is one of them. Maybe anybody want to show their creation?

theres applications out there that can implement your own models into the game for when creating characters, but they are in chinese.

Cool i just figured out how you did this, unfortunately i don't know how to take screen shots :( . Apparently officer model information is stored in the output files so you can mix and match your officers as you please.

Step by step guide

chenhaoqing- Didn't know you could edit the officer models this way until i saw this

Step 1:
Get a hex editor, I used Hex Editor neo Which is free, don't know if this will work with others though

Step 2:
Create a dummy officer, dont worry about the stats or the model right now, save it and output it

Step 3:
go to your output file which is ussually C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents\Koei\RTKXI\TPrsn and load your dummy officer

Step 4:
This is where we actually do the editing, the main values we are concerned about here are values 44-4b

44= This is for the characters stance (00= Default male, 01=Default female stance??, 02=Barbarian stance 03=Zhuge Liang holding fan stance)
45= Hair/Helmet/headwear
46= Face
47=Body
47= Cape (put FF if you don't want one)
48= wristbands
4A= Shoes
4b= ??? (can be used to put arrows on officers)

The values for the various generic parts you can use are the following (correct me if im wrong)
Red Blue Black Yellow White Green
MM1 4a 53 5c 65 6E 77
MM2 4b 54 5d 66 6F 78
MM3 4C 55 5E 67 70 79
FM1 4D 56 5F 68 71 7A
FM2 4E 51 60 69 72 7B
MC1 4F 52 61 6A 73 7C
MC2 50 53 62 6B 74 7D
FC1 51 54 63 6C 75 7E
FC2 52 55 64 6D 76 7F

MM= Male Military
MC= Male Civillian
FM= Female Military
FC= Female Civillian

Sorry for the bad chart :( cant get this thing to work right, theres an easier to read excel spread sheet attached to this post.

There are other values for unique officer models, here are some of the ones i've found:
00=Zhao Yun
01=Zhuge Liang
02=Guan Yu
03=Cao Cao
04=Zhang Liao
05=Liu Bei
06=Lu Bu
07=Zhao Yu
08=Ma Chao
09=Lu Xun
0a=Zhang Fei
0b=Jiang Wei
0D=Diao Chan
11=Sun Shang Xiang
12=Xiahou Dian
13=Gan Ning
14=Huang Zhong
18=Taishi Ci
19=Xu Huang
1b=XU Zhu
1c=Sun Ce
1E=Dian Wei
1F=Da Qiao
20=Xiao Qiao
21=Huang Ying
22=Zhu Rong
23=Meng Huo
24=Zhou Tai

So if you want a Male civilian blue 1 hat on an Male red Military 2 body with Sun ce's cape with Zhao yu's Face, you will enter the Values as:
cell 44=00
cell 45=58
cell 46=07
cell 47=4B
cell 48=0C
cell 49=4B
cell 4A=4B

Step 5:
Once you finish editing the values, import the file and check the model to see if its the one you wanted,

after that edit stats and enjoy. :D

Please feel free to correct this and I haven't figured out all the values yet so if you find out what the other values are for as well as the unique officer values, please tell me. and don't forget to post you officer here :D .

TongSheng, I was edited my officer model in my 'MakeData.s11' file, but I agree with you to edit the 'Output Share' file.
It's more simple and we can save more model officer without wasting a new officer slot. :D

In the Output file :
44 = 01 is Default female stance.
4B = Arrows ( 14 = Huang Zhong - Male Arrows ; 11 = Sun Shang Xiang - Female Arrows )

Here is some other unique officer models:
2C=Old Zhao Yun
37=Old Jiang Wei
3B=One eye'd Xiahou Dun
3D=White bearded Huang Zhong
42,44,46=Emperor
43,45=Empress
47=Wuwan/Qiang
48,49=Shanyue/Nanman

You can edit other data in the file to changes potraits, skill, personalities, obligations, ambitions, allegiance, debate & duel tendency etc. I'm sure you can figured out. Happy editing! :D

I'm editing English version of RTKXI PC. You can edit New officer 'MakeData.s11' files, Scenario files 'SCEN000.s11', Save files 'Save000.s11' etc.

i see..thx than..anyway..have it done any damage to game or computer like what tong sheng said? or maybe game crashes,freeze or anything?

Maybe a game crash, if you edited it wrong. So always make a backup. I haven't experienced it yet.
