Did Cao Zhang really kill tigers and such with his bare hands? Is it possible that these warriors were able to do that? Cause that is incredible...

Well where did you read that? Is the source credible?

Personally I don't think that's possible and if you are quoting from LGZ, I highly doubt it's true.

I think anything is possible if you are a Son of the Man.

Their minds were too deep to be fathomed.

You can kill a tiger with your bare hands... if you are extremely skilled, extremely lucky, or the tiger is old and sickly.

In all reality, I don't think he killed any tigers with his bare hands, though he may have indeed killed a few with short bladed weapons or such.

These types of things are very possible if they were experts in wushu. I was reading a book on martial arts and there was this one person who would fight bulls and he has killed several and that is true this guy made his own type of karate or something.

Well aside from the apparent killing of tigers by his bare hands, we was quite a good military commander, defeating numerous bandits. Unfortunately, he died while he was quite young. I would think of him as a mini-Sun Ce, from his status and military ability (obviously not as good as Ce's)

Married to Sun Ben's daughter, skilled at arms, scored major victory against the Wuhuan and left in charge of Chang An before Cao Cao died according to Rafe's short bio.

Cao Zhang was a talented general since his youth. He train the martial arts as a young boy, devoting most of his time to archery riding and as well becoming a warrior. In a way pushed aside the ways of scholars. So he himself wasn't all that intelligent to such affairs. There has been various legends about Cao Zhang. One legend was he was able to kill wild animals with his bear hands. Though unclear about this, his strength is something surly to leave a legacy like this behind. It can be in the time when he was administrating the north; holding off Wuhuan tribes from his fathers lands. Or during the time when he went to reinforce his father when he had entered Chang An.

I have heard of this, but as everything I have read about him, it only says he was able to accomplish this feet. Like I said, it can also be a legend like the folklore of Cao Pi poisoning him at a game of go.

Besides that, he was able to successfully defend his father after his loss, by holding off Ma Chao's army, and two others. Said that he made all three withdraw and killed off two of their generals. But I cannot recall the names. However, he was a person of talent he was able to quickly impress his father, trained from his youth, fought in the north various times, eventually succeed at gaining the favor of northern tribes.

I'd say his only mistake his was bringing over one hundred thousand troops to Cao Cao's funeral. Though one can only be prepared to fight over heir-ship. Dieing young, I'd say he accomplished as far as any being could have. His death is still uncertain. Most believe he was taken by natural causes, rather then his feud with Cao Pi, while administrating Yanling.
