I'm surprised this hasn't been posted already.

Bartleby offers a whole host of useful online information, including (but not limited to) encyclopaedia, dictionaries, thesauri, quotations, style guides, the Oxford Shakespeare, King James Bible, Gray's Anatomy, collected poetic works, H.G. Wells's History of the World, and various works of fiction and non-fiction.

I know that a complete English translation does not exist, but does anyone know where there are at least some segments of the Han Shu (History of the Former Han) translated into English online?

Black Hawk Down

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas

On the Fear and Loathing site, the link to part 1 chapter 2 actually takes you to part 2 chapter 2 so you have to change the URL accordingly.

It's got quite a selection. I heard about a huge online free library, it sounds great to me, we should have complete freedom of information, and this is a big step.
