Hehehe, what I don't understand is why the translated it like that. If they're going to just give the pinyin, why not just go "wang lao ji" all the way, like what they did with gaiwan cha? And if they have to do a character-by-character translation, why not "king old auspicious"? Besides, why "Kyrgyzstan"? Yes, 吉 is the first character in the Chinese name for Kyrgyzstan (吉尔吉斯斯坦), but what dictionary would give it that translation?
