Your work is nice, but it could be nicer if it weren't on lined paper. Of course, I understand that sometimes all we have on hand is lined paper. Still, the lines detract from the overall drawing.

First off, I have to say that praise from an artist of your calibre is praise indeed! Thank you very much, xiaocaca. :D

Yes, I agree on your point regardng the lined paper; it's not exactly ideal for sketching on.
Drawing on lined paper is more of a habit than anything; one I must break naturally! I usually have my flashes of artistic inspiration whilst writing in my notebooks you see, which is rather bizarre I know.

Anyway, thanks again for your comments. :D

Hey man, thanks for the kind remarks! I'll be sure to post more stuff forthwith.

Yeah, I'm aware of the abundant talents of our esteemed friend, Kristina. She has a gift for creative writing, yet it's only her that's failing to recognise just how talented she is!

Anyway, thanks again, bud. :D

Coming up: weird shit...

Lost amidst the chaos of myself,
Entrenched within an immoral, ignorant society.
I can no longer decipher the good from the bad,
In this dishonest sphere of hatred and spite.

Obstacle after obstacle; self-constructed,
To protect my fragile self from the evils that lie in wait.
The days continue to pass in the blinking of an eye,
Where have my days gone?

The barbed words of this apoplectic whelp,
Shaking his fists at the world and all of it's inequities.
Misplacing his rage, projecting it inward,
Oblivious to what damage he's doing.

The furious wrath doth not subside, it's ensconced within my tired heart,
The burdens of each gruelling minute eventually take their toll...

I hope you perish; a gruesome, agonizing demise,
I hope my face is engraven upon your eyes.
I hope you recall all of your misdeeds and transgressions,
When I tread on your dreams and teach you a lesson.

Society knows not the way it bleeds me dry,
Even if it did, would it really care?

Guh, still haven't finished my 'Vash the Stampede' sketch yet. Bloody thing is refusing to look right.

As soon as it's to my liking, I'll post the blighter.

The Yagyu Jubei sketch is amazing Mitsunari. The shadowing, details, etc. all look fantastic to me. Props again to all the great work you've done so far. :D

Sorry babe, I'm bad about not remembering to comment! I really like this. . and I REALLY wish I had the time to say what deserves to be said about it, but BLEH cuz I don't.

It's very good though, rich in descriptive phrases and wonderful imagery. Meh, I think that's what really makes a poem a poem.

Also, I love this for how most people can identify with it. I think there's been a time in almost all of our lives in which we've had to stop and think about what we see, adn what we should be seeing. Or what we see in ourselves and others, and what we wish we could be seeing.

Hey, whaddya know!? I did have time to say what I wanted to say!
