I missed it again *hangs head in shame :(*
Last year I had wanted to finish my video Little Conqueror on May 5th 2007, however once I began to edit, I realized I'd never make the deadline. I finish Feb 2008, so that is my contribution to Sun Ce's Memorial day.

I've always been fascinated by Sun Ce's character. I admire the respect that held, being just a boy at the time, yet followed by great men.
Wu, Shu, and Wei videos made with much love.

Let's not forget that he and Zhou Yu were often referred to more than once as a heroic romantic couple by Yuan Mei, esteemed scholar of the Qing Dynasty, centuries later.

Long after his death Sun Ce continued to inspire finely written, scholarly homoerotic fantasies.

How many of us can do that?

(Double Blossom temple and... that other piece...)

That actually made me laugh pretty hard for some reason. Not exactly how I would think of Sun Ce, but for some reason I'm not surprised.

Was that post aimed at me? XDD

Hey, hey, being a homoerotic idol is serious business. .....Now the real Sun Ce has a lot to live up to or the fantasies of later-imperial Chinese scholars would be dashed worse than fangirls finding out that Taylor Launter's abs aren't real.

By Luna calendar, that would be April 4th.
And I have found something interesting about his birth and death. There seems to be a pattern of eclipse of the sun and the moon.

Also, wasn't the Julian/Gregorian Calendar different from the Chinese calendar that they would have been using at the time?
You bloomed like a burning rose and exhausted my heart, which hence can bear nothing but weeds.
