I say Liu Chan would've been a good (not great) ruler.

The reason?

Liu Chan listened to Huang Hao too much and would leave decisions to him..

And if only Liu Bei didn't drop Liu Chan...haha

You're saying Liu Bei throwing Liu Chan to the ground, made him not fit to rule?

You'd think that throwing down a 2 year old infant to the ground wouldn't mess him up in the coming years of his life.

Seems reasonable to me that Liu Chan could do nothing for Shu,except posing as Emperor. The most work done would be Kong Ming...but after his death,Liu Chan still does nothing great.. :? Correct me,if I'm wrong

I agree with you all the way, but except that he was kinda able to listen to the right people except Huang Hao, which was nothing more than the true Shu traitor. But Liu Shan did give respect to some of the important Shu founders.

When Sima Zhao conquered Shu,Liu Chan never cared about Shu or his forefathers, did he not?
P.S.-In my opinion,Sima Zhao did great things for Wei,hes very capable :D

I have little faith that Liu Chan could have ammounted to much. He listened to the wrong advisors to often, and he was an alcoholic, was he not? To be honest, I'm surprised he ruled for as long as he did.

To answer your question on wether or not he could have been of any use, I think he could have. Just make it a job that requires little brain power, like cleaning the stables or some such.

Lui Shan or Lui Shan or whatever you want to call him was not fit to lead Shu after his father's death.

I mean the guy did absolutelty nothing. Even in the games hes a total wuss.
