Most of you will remember, this contest involves everyone nominating the games they think are the best ever, for whatever reason they want (most nostalgic, best quality, most personally meaningful, most influential, etc.). All the games are then seeded into a huge bracket-style elimination tournament.
Everyone is welcome to nominate games, vote in the brackets, and as a new feature this year, we're also taking category submissions from participants (e.g. best soundtrack, best Mega Man game, etc.). The category submission form is on the BGE site right now and will be open until Friday, 1 Feb.
Please join, let me know if you have any questions, and feel free to use this thread for discussion of the contest and any good category ideas you come up with.
