I was looking for 3 kingdom stuff and came across this forum. I read rules and didnt see anything about bringing up my game, unless you call this spam. Anyway, I am big fan of 3 kingdom type games so I have a game online that is alot like 3 kingdoms . Its called New 1000 AD. Its a completely free multiplayer turn based strategy war game based on civilizations around the year 1000 ad.

Its a text based game. Anyway, dont ban me if this isnt allowed, I still like reading about 3 kingdoms but I figured someone here might enjoy this type of game.

Welcome to New 1000 A.D. New 1000 AD is a free online multiplayer turn based strategy war game based on civilizations around the year 1000 AD. The civilizations you have to choose from are the Vikings, Byzantines, Chinese, Japanese, Zulu, Barbarians, Incas, Franks, Turks or the Mongols. Each with their own advantages and disadvantages.

Dude, I appreciate the effort, but a bunch of these weren't even around in AD 1000. Genghis Khan wasn't around until about the 12th century or so. The Incans also appear about this time, but didn't really have an Empire in the more well-known sense until the 1400s or 1500s. The Turks are debatable depending on whether you're referring to the ethnic group or the specific Ottoman Empire. The Zulu appeared WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY later. And barbarians? Really?

The Vikings and Byzantines work pretty well though.

around the year 1000 AD

:)

Hey man, all I was suggesting that it was an old fashioned type strategy game like 3 kingdoms. Where you actually have to think , instead of new strategy games that are basically glorified scavenger hunts. The actual game was 5 civs, franks, viking, mongol, byz and turk. The other civilizations were added in recent years.

Regardless, the point was I love 3 kingdom type games always have and the game is alot like 3 kingdoms in some ways, strategy wise and if anyone could appreciate a good strategy game it would be here.
