NBA Discussion

Unread postby Alucard » Tue Jan 16, 2007 4:11 am

I dont's see any NBA topics even though lots of things happen this season. Discuss anything about the NBA here.

The Mavericks and Suns are on fire. They only have eight losses which is very impressive. Both are likely to go into the playoffs unless they start losing players like the Celtics. Of course, both teams can't go into the finals. I think the Suns have a better chance this year even though they played a very bad game against the Grizzlies today.

Living in Philly, I of course have to mention us getting rid of Iverson. Good riddance I say. Then again, I don't follow basketball much.

Larry Bird is still leading the lead in points, yes?

They also got rid of Chris Webber. It's to safe to say the 76ers are not going to the playoffs. As for C-Webb might be a good addition to the Pistons.

According to this site, he is out for another week. The Heat are having some rough times. Since the Heat are on the East, they have a chance to be back in the playoffs.

Your Hometown Raptors are 18-21 and that's good for first place in their division, the worst in contemporary pro sports.

Damn, that coupled with Riley being gone for the time being isn't gonna help much either.

At least they won four outta the last 5 since Wade came back.

No no no. He stopped playing a while ago, and went to coaching. Not sure if he still coaches though?

He worked in the Pacer's front office starting 3 years after he stopped coaching, I think he's still there, but I'm not entirely sure.

He's the president/general manager of the Indiana Pacers.

This is why there was no NBA thread!
