Romance of The Three Kingdoms 12 Editing Scenario

Hello, i am new to this forum and i would like to know if any of you know how to create or edit a scenario in Sangokushi 12. Actually playing the same scenarios makes me pretty bored, so i want to create a new one. I've tried using Van's san 12 editor but when i load it in the game, nothing changed and it seems like the original scenario. So i really want to know how to edit it. Thanks before.

You can download hex editor neo for free and use it to mod the scenario files but fair warning its all letters and numbers and will require a huge amount of time to learn. Iv just started Learning it and it took me like 3 hours to learn how to change the scenarios title.

Aren't the scenario files in XII encrypted? I had to use Van's Editor to edit them, hex editing didn't work.

My mistake, i didn't notice he was refereeing to 12
