Sound Import/export tool for ROTK XI ?

Hi everyone,
I saw a sound export/import tool for rtk XI in a chinese website a few days ago, but now I couldn't access the site anymore , does any body know where I could find the tool ?

三国志11资源文件修改程序说明文件

　　本程序用于提取或导入三国志11资源文件(San11res.bin或San11PKRes.bin)中的图像及
音频文件。

　　本程序为命令行程序，运行时需附加参数。

主要功能：
　　1、将资源文件中的图像导出为位图文件。

　　2、将 Bitmap、JPEG、PNG 文件导入资源文件中替换原图像。

　　3、将资源文件中的音频文件导出为 Ogg 文件。

　　4、将 Ogg 音频文件导入资源文件中进行替换。

参数说明：

　　程序的第一个参数为功能参数，决定程序执行何种命令，参数不区分大小写。

　　-r 从资源文件中读取一个资源到指定文件。

　　　 格式：　　　　
资源文件名 指定文件名 资源编号 资源帧号 [自动生成扩展名]示例：
San11ResCmd -r "c:\san11\media\san11pkres.bin" "c:\500.bmp" 500 1 1
San11ResCmd -r "c:\san11\media\san11pkres.bin" "c:\2240.ogg" 2240 1

　　　　　　 说明：
“自动生成扩展名”是指程序根据指定编号的资源类型，自动为导出文件
　　　　　　　添加相应的扩展名。该参数为1时有效。此参数默认为0，可省略。
　　　　　　　
　　　　　　　“资源帧号”仅对图像有效，当指定项资源为其它类型时，该值应为无效。
此参数不可省略，下同。

　　　　　　　本程序使用的“资源编号”与RpgViewer中的不同。本程序编号从0开始计
　　　　　　　算，而RpgViewer中的编号从1开始计算。故其值应为Rpgviewer中的编号
　　　　　　　减1，下同。
　　　　　　

　　-w 将指定文件导入到资源文件中。

格式：
资源文件名 指定文件名 资源编号 资源帧号(图像有效) [强制导入]

　　　　　　　示例：
　　　　　　　San11ResCmd -w "c:\san11\media\san11pkres.bin" "c:\500.jpg" 500 1
　　　　　　　san11rescmd -w "c:\san11\media\san11pkres.bin" "c:\2240.ogg" 2240 1

说明：
　　　　　　　默认只能替换支持的文件格式。

　　　　　　　替换图像时，若该图像为32位，当导入图像低于32位或没有Alpha通道，
　　　　　　　程序将采用原始的Alpha通道；否则将采用导入图像的Alpha通道。

　　　　　　　替换图像时，要求导入图像的长宽与原图相符。

　　　“强制导入”，当需要导入程序不支持的格式时，可加入此参数。该参
　　　　　　　数为可选参数，等于255时有效。注意：强制导入时，程序将不会检查导
　　　　　　　入文件的类型，即使导入类型不匹配也会强行替换。这将会造成游戏出
　　　　　　　错，因此加入此参数时，请仔细检查输入的资源编号是否正确。
　

　　-rebulid 重建资源文件。

　　　　　　 格式：
资源文件名

示例：
San11ResCmd -rebulid "c:\san11\media\san11pkres.bin"

　　　　　　　说明：
　　　　　　　当对音频进行替换时，若导入的音频文件大于原文件，程序会将其写在
　　　　　　　资源文件尾，其原始位置的数据失效。当反复进行此类操作时，就会导
　　　　　　　致资源文件不断增大。使用重建命令可以去除这些冗余数据，减小资源
　　　　　　　文件的大小。

　　　　　　　此操作需要游戏所在分区有大于700Mb的剩余空间。此操作可能需要几分
　　　　　　　钟的时间，请耐心等待。

　　注意：当字符串参数中含有空格时，请使用双引号" "，否则程序会将其识别为两
个参数。

When I get home and find time I'll look into this as well but I'm almost certain there was already a import/export tool for songs and sound.
