This is an officer model. Used the Red Male Officer 1. The order is the following:

Stance - Head - Face - Body - Cape - Arms - Boots - Arrows - Hand Style (?) - ?? - Weapon Model - Horse Model

Hand Style , that would be wristband the next one should be shoes

That's what I titled "Arms" and "Boots" in the list.
No really, I have no idea what these two are for and named one of them "Hand Style" because that's the term used in the buggy scenario editor that has been created.

So 02 for the weapon model would cause the officer to have the Blue Dragon? Well, I'll play around with it to what results I yield.

Yep. You can also wield Zhuge Liang's fan or an arrow, though it looks weird because these are not in the officer's hand.

kiko94,

It's me Soo Min....i come in & help a bit

Since you have already overwritten some of those NPC, you have to place them at "historical xx" slots (just like what Lord Cao Cao mentioned) so they will be visible in the officer list in the gameplay. There are total 30 slots for you to place officers stats in the scenario file.

kiko94,

I spotted one mistake on your hex value picture

Look at position 00212BO

You wrote 12 09 00 09 00 03 FF FF FF

Please change the underline FF to 50, the officer rank should be at least None instead of Not Available

Can't beleive I missed that  thanks for the heads up man, might explain why I vaguely saw one of the guys not being able to command any troops !

Anyway, did you receive my message on your Facebook ? I have successfully created a mini Diao Chan force in Dong Zhuo Rise scenario....

I'm going to create another 3 rebel forces in the same scenario, place them at south area, probably Chai Sang, Chang Sha & Wu Ling.......Will retain their Technique too :D

Uhh, I just opened the savefile to try and edit the equipment for my opponents to keep the game interesting, but couldn't understand a thing  cab anybody point me out to where find that stuff (city stocks of weapons/food/gold) ? seems like the only way to actually help some of the forces around to try and attack, or at least make the sieges more interesting

The save files are quite similar to the scenario files, it's just that ff block at the beginning, the extended building, officer, force and district codes as well as the additional unit code which are different. And if you have created officer there, their bios are stored here as well.

So look for the force code, then you should eventually get to the cities.
