Hey James, have you had the chance to try this or the Rise of Lu Bu 2.0 mod? Am working on a new mod now as well called Flames of Wu :)

Okay, here it is. Not uploading it to the front page yet until some buggies get sorted out. Let me know if or when you encounter any so a fix can be worked on.

Updated mod again with some changes to CORE OFFICERS:
*Tadakatsu getting a major INT decrease to make him not so "all powerful" with no incentive to remove him. Hanzo INT decreased also.
*Ieyasu getting a STR decrease below 200
*New tactic tweaks and Flare isn't so powerful anymore.
*New, higher TP gains. If you're already into the game, you wont have as high a TP as you will if you start a new game, sorry.
*Hanbei will have Thwart as soon as you get him.
*Lowered stats of officers earlier in the game as it was just TOO difficult but gave new tactics to them instead to randomize things a bit.
*Decreased gold and exp gains to adjust for endgame peaking too early
*Updated mod with newer sprite strips and portrait strips for bonus section

I'm just doing a speedrun through the game adding stuff along the way so stay tuned as I'm tweaking this mod over the course of the next few days.

Love the mod so far, but I am completely lost.

How in the world do I get past Yama Gata? I'm leveled up to 12, but those guys are just crushing me.

UPDATE - I'm not bright. I think I figured out where I was going wrong...

Heh, its okay, it is hard to create a totally new game without glitches and using a lot of the same code. Just keep some savestates as there is still a minor bug that causes the game to crash rarely. BTW, today I just released a final updated version of Rise of Ieyasu 2.0. You can download it @ the main page of this thread. It updated some portrait bugs and battle balancing issues and such, so I would recommend updating your mod. It is safe to overwrite.

New Features Include:

New Portraits
New Tactic Costs
Altered Tactics Learned per Level
Altered TP Gains
New PoH Officers to be recruited
Officer Stat Balancing
