uhh, Zhang Fei ditched the bridge at ChangBan, and then after I killed him the bridge remained intact :O

Also, afterwards, I annihilated everyone at ChiBi, but got no twin whips/twin staff

I seem to recall having that problem. I think you actually have to have Guo Jia alive to get the whips. It really is an incredible weapon though, as it gives Dian Wei the killing power of Xiahou Dun while he remains immune to all but magic damage.

Yeah, Guo Jia has to be alive.

...well, I'll get it on the second playthrough. Is Zhang Fei supposed to move, cause I remember he never moved before.

Double post, but it's been a few days.
I've finished 3 times now, and gotten all items :D

Also, IMO the best strategy is to get 3 units at a high level like level 40+, and have all other units do absolutely nothing, so the level average drops. My endgame build is a level 40ish Cao Cao, a level 50 Dian Wei and a level 50 Xu Chu. Then there's a bunch of level 4-11 units dropping the enemy level to around 7 for basic units and 11-16 for heros units (level 16 Zhuge Liang can't cast confuse!).

Then the three OL units bull through the enemy, with the enemy killing itself (except mages, and most archers for Dian Wei and Cao Cao).
