I've lived nearly my entire life in New York City, but I was born in Hong Kong, and am currently at school in Buffalo, New York. Brr.

Yes! I totally agree, and especially Texas. (Why exactly? I'm not sure- it just is.) I try to tell others just how great it is, but some just can't seem to understand. *sigh* :P

Anyway, I live in Lufkin, a decent-sized town (about 40,000 people) in East Texas that's not too urban, but not too country either. I like it. I have to drive 25 miles to school- Stephen F. Austin- everyday, but it's not too bad. And if I just absolutely have to go to a bigger city, we're about an hour from Tyler and 2 1/2 hours from Houston. (And Lightsyde- I was born in Dallas, and have lived near Amarillo as well.)

Oh, and hello to ~*Zhen Ji*~ and Lu Xun as well! (Or should I say 'howdy'? )

Han Xin wrote:The NBL? I haven't watch Australian (~cough, American impersonating as Australian) Basketball for a long time now. Are those losers still around? I thought the whole league would folled years back.

Yeah, the "best" "Aussie" basketball players are usually Americans who didn't make it very far in the country, who migrated to Australia and beat the crap out of the others because the American standard of basketball is way higher than that over here, haha.

As for the Opera House, Last Christmas my friends and I drove to the Gold Coast, we purposely avoid going into the toxic dump called Sydeney. I guess those Opera House and the Harbour Bridge must look really nice with those toxic polution around.

Maybe it helps both of those "structures" to stand out amongst the toxicity that is Sydney?

Sydney bashing is one of my favourite past times if you haven't noticed by now, Chris. :D

btw, maybe we should get other Sydney dudes to join this discussion...i think you're severely undermanned, heh.
