Same here. Well, I found Koei before this place.
You don't need to go to church to be saved, and you don't need to go to rehab to get off drugs. You just need to make the right decisions.

when I was 15 years old (15 years ago), I addicted with ROTK2 (never play the first tough), I ever play it 36 hours without sleep, and still play when eating. LOL..

then remind me my father have the novel by LGZ (they are 8 books, and all thicks). and I start to read it. I read it patiently, and took me almost 1 month to read them all. it's a great story... a great history :D

(the funny thing, before and after read the novel, it's the same ruler I love to play, Liu Bei.. so later I love to play DoE, and DoE2 :D)

Probably due to my general interest in history.

my cousins love this ROTK games, and they dragged me into it
It is curious that the Americans, who calculate so carefully on the possibilities of military victory, do not realize that in the process they are incurring deep psychological and political defeat.

I really loved DW3 on Play Station that I borrowed from my cousin and after he told me that it really happened so I start searching and Kongming was the first site I found and I started to read about it plus that I love history before the guns.

I played Koei's Romance of the Three Kingdoms on 8-bit NES when I was 12 (after I had been obsessed with the original Nobunaga's Ambition) and played through Destiny of an Emperor at some point after that. Over a decade later, I came across a reference to the novel and history, and now (almost another decade later) I still can't get enough. I no longer have time for the console games though.
