In the Steam 1.0.4 update, there are these points:
Adjusted the balance of the traits "Robust", "Delicate", "Warrior", "Divine Power", and "Dependable".
Adjusted the balance of the tactics "Lone Horseman", "Heaven's Warrior", and "Radiant Thrust".
Adjusted the balance of the formations "Fish", "Arrow", "Siege Tower", "Battering Ram", and "Catapult".

Can someone please explain what exactly the changes made to those tactics/ traits/ formations?

So I did a bit of work on how these numbers are calculated in my webapp, but here are the changes: (I dont know what the previous numberes were for traits so can't give an opnion on them).

I believe in the above instances numberes were tweaked, for example Lone Horsemen used to have a factor of 20, now only 15.
It is curious that the Americans, who calculate so carefully on the possibilities of military victory, do not realize that in the process they are incurring deep psychological and political defeat.

Although the exact numbers are very hard to determine, is there any general idea about the changes? Like, maybe Fish gets an increase in attack and decrease in defense. Something like that.

I once heard Tactics activation chance is increased in Arrow after this update. Not sure though.

During the site's downtime the PUK was announced and confirmed for English release on the same day:

Nice!

The War Chronicles part interests me the most. Short, focused scenarios could provide a real challenge and an immersive experience.

New characteristics and tactics, Jebusrocks is going to be put to work! :mrgreen:

So, with the new scenarios I decided to boot the game back up and check them out. I ignored the first two scenarios and took a look at the last one, the family one and wow.

Alright, so the game lumped people together who had similar last names, specifically it looks like the English versions of the last names. Koei has had similar type scenarios before but this one I just found hilarious as Zhang Fei is the most powerful warlord in the world now. Cao family? Decent but nothing special, Sun family? For amateurs. Liu family? Liu Who? The Zhang family is where it is at.

Zhang Fei, Zhang Liao, Zhang He, Zhang Zhao, Zhang Jiao, etc etc. You need a general Zhang Liao smacking your enemies, need a duelist Zhang Fei knocking heads, Zhang Zhao in charge of poltics, Zhang Song as your strategist, Zhang Ren, Zhang Xiu, all of the Zhangs makes this faction plain broken in comparison to every other one. Add to the fact that you are in the northern corner facing off against several much weaker factions then it is the perfect starting point for domination. When I have time I am totally starting a campaign and bending the Empire to the glorious will of the united Zhang clan :lol:

If google translate it right it seems Ji Ling and Du Yu are receiving unique tactics in the PUK.

Edit: Being updated weekly; new tactics are also being given to Cheng Yu and Huangfu Song.

More details on geographic regions and trade. The two are in fact linked; holding certain provinces allows trade with certain foreign nations.
