I've use this application called 'San11Editor 1.06' from some vietnamese site, but for me it's easier to understand and edit a hexadecimal codes than to translate those chinese menu.
From that site I've also got these model list. All these model stances are default male, so Zhuge Liang, Barbarians, and female are not perfectly drawn, but it's quite usefull to select what model we want. The number is decimal, not hexadecimal.

Any chance you can retexture this game? That would be awesome.

Change Dian Wei and Xu Chu into Mario and Luigi!

44= This is for the characters stance (00= Default male, 01=Default female stance??, 02=Barbarian stance 03=Zhuge Liang holding fan stance)
45= Hair/Helmet/headwear
46= Face
47=Body
47= Cape (put FF if you don't want one)
48= wristbands
4A= Shoes
4b= ??? (can be used to put arrows on officers)

Firstly, this is damm cool, thanks for sharing it. Next thing i'm kinda confused, there's 2x "47" ? At the hex editor i only see one 47 slot. So how exactly am i gonna do the body and cape thingy together, Chen Hao Qing/Tong Sheng or anyone please help me out.

PS: Is there a difference between 4a and 4A in terms of hex editing theory?

I think 47=Body, 48=Cape, 49=Wristband.
4a = 4A.

How bout no lol? Its really fun if you try it yourself, here's some help.

Body and Wrist leave as Lu Bu, choose your own face and change the following parts;
Helm= Xiahou Dun (12)
Leg= Xiahou Dun (12)
Cape= Zhang Liao (03)

Plus any female/male arrows (11/14) on the back, there you go.

Wow, this is funny... Someone else says no to a person asking for a shared file when he didn't even make it.
