I tested some different kinds of order for installation (Japanese Version) and it seems this is the Standard installation :

1. Install Disk
2. Game Disk
3. Update 1.1
4. Update 1.2
5. PUK
6. Translation Patch

Official Updates won't apply after installing PUK
This is why there is no Translation patch for PUK v1.2, since there is not such a version for PUK!
Does anyone know the release date for Koei Updates and PUK?
I wonder if PUK includes those two updates too?
