Power Up Kit, that's how RotK games expansions are called. It was never localized in english but fan translations are available, though not for the steam release.

Plus, I believe all of the translations are for the Japanese version, with which San11Sire doesn't work.

oh btw Master " ....(Cheat Engine, Olydbg x64, IDA and others)" what do you mean about that kind of apps? :?:

You can do most of those things supposedly. I know you can create or edit skills at least. I don't have the Chinese version of the game to test it out directly though, and like Cao Cao said, it seemed to only work on the Chinese version. I only dug around a little bit in the English exe to change some things like port limits and food limits per unit, not skills or other stuff, so I'm not sure really.
And those programs I listed are just things that can edit memory or debugging programs that you might be able to use to do the same kinda thing that sansire does.

The best place to ask about it may be here-

next scenario i will still play Battle of JingZhou

But i will revive Yuan Shu & Yuan Yi, replace Meng Huo with Yuan Shu

Will revive Diao Chan too, make Yuan Shu & Diao Chan couple

This scenario really is very difficult to play, but very fun......

Yes, it is an expansion to the game, here is the steam link (Japanese or Chinese only!): https://store.steampowered.com/app/6280 ... er_Up_Kit/

It adds several features to the base game. There are more buildings and some of the base ones can be upgraded; the tech tree has been expanded; it adds a skill tree that allows you to increase stats, aptitude and teach skills to your officers. Furthermore you can edit historical officers and have an in game editor that allows you to make several changes during the campaign.
That's it as far as I can remember, maybe a few scenarios where also added.

No one ever calls me Master... Well, there was that one time but I probably shouldn't bring that up.

There is this one amazing dude from Late Wei and Early Jin that should be in these games, but you've probably never heard of him. 8-)
