Additional info: character He Jin dislike both Zhang Rang & Jian Shou. So, if you play Yellow Turban scenario, in year 184, convert both Zhang Rang Rang & Jian Shou to playable, you need to change the officer position both Zhang Rang & Jian Shou officer positions, on He Jin stats

after playing without using weaponry, i find the game is harder to play now

It's not that bad, just always make sure to target enemy barracks first, that way they will keep deploying troops if they have none on the field, so you don't have to keep attacking the city as much, just kill them out in the field.

Yeah, destroy their barrack


I have one thing to say.

my ruler Xu Shu pike APT improved to S in just 3 years.....paired up with custom officer who has Pedagogy skill, frequently went to battle


now gonna pair up the Pedagogy officer with another custom officer with Exterminate skill, to improve Pike apt too



I fought with Sun Ce army twice. First time was unsuccessful, lost a lot of soldiers

Second time succeeded, quite a tough fight

why is Yuan Shu so weak in this game ?

Open your save file


Go to Edit -> view Shrine-> ruin coord



but the coordinates are all messed up, not accurate at all.


Some pointed to river, some pointed to a terrain we cannot march to

Yeah I tried this once before too, it pointed to the mountains way above Chang An where you can't even go to. It might be that since it was designed for the other versions of the game and not English, it might just point to the general area where the shrine is since there's one actually up there, but yeah like I said, I only use that editor to edit the in game text.

Also about Yuan Shu, I may be wrong on this, but I don't think he was really a fighting type of person? I mean he led armies and stuff, but I can't remember him ever actually in a battle himself like the other high War generals, so I don't think he's supposed to be that strong :mrgreen:

I have the chinese PUK game too, but i hate



The AI will destroy one of the government facility, then build a PUK facility....I don't like it.


Furthermore with more function available for the PUK, it makes the game easier to play.

Yep I saw it, I can't remember ever seeing some getting increased to S just from battles, although I tend to use many different officers, not always the same ones, so me seeing any aptitude increases are pretty rare, unless it's from a shrine/relic. Still it's cool you were able to increase it and make him stronger :)

Yeah I had the Puk too a few years ago and didn't like it either. I wasn't even sure what some facilities even did. I didn't play it that much though, and just went back to the English version. I remember the one game I did play with it, it was pretty hard though, but I never finished it, only got around 8-9 cities before I stopped playing it.
