It's when you play as a ruler that has conquered much of the west of China, an event happens to whee they will start building the Bronze Pheasant Tower, if you give them money, on about a year or two it's complete. I'm pretty sure you get the bronze pheasant from the start of the event.

Anyone know about the default created oficers in RTK VII?
I only find 4 names, ie:
- Genghis Khan
- Sun Tzu
- Albert Einstein
- Julius Caesar.
If anyone have the infos, please let me know, thanks..

Secret Characters
Choose ''New Officer'' from the main menu,then create a new officer with one of the following names to unlock a secret character.The secret character don't have special faces,but almost all of them have better abilities and skills.You'll here a fanfare if you've entered a name correctly,after which the character's Type,Ability,Skills and Gender cannot be modified.
Note that you must enter the first name of each character in the ''last name'' box on the left, and vice versa.Only the first letter of each first name and each last name should be capitalized:

Daniel Boone
Augustus Caesar
Jeanne Darc
Lady Diana
Albert Einstein
Mahatma Gandhi
Robin Hood
Harry Houdini
Genghis Khan
Abe Lincoln

ROTK7 had the best secret characters.

I mean't like strange kingdom evetns. The discovering of certain officers, Such as Ma Liang and Ma Su. One of He Jin's minor officers offering a plan to increase commerce. Chen Qun's plan to increase every cities stats. Those kind of thiings.
