Can't answer that. The only way you can get programs here is by pirating, sadly (although I hate it, I have no other option, Lebanese e-shopping isn't fully developed yet :<).

What we would observe if people’s heights were governed by a Power Law distribution rather than by the Normal distribution?

most people would be tall (or short), and few people would be short (or tall), depending on whether the power was positive or negative.

Small grammar question. When you say, "I speak (language)," does the language have to be capitalized? For example...

Instead of, "I speak english," it's actually, "I speak English." The latter is correct, correct? Thanks in advance for your time.

The word English is always capitalized, as it is derived from the proper noun, England.

I thought English as a nationality was capitalised and english as a noun, hence a language, wasn't!!
If becoming enlightened or an intellectual means I must become arrogant and coldly cynical about the world around me then I'd gladly remain a fool for the rest of my life!!

despite that i wouldn't capitalize them here (by convention), language names are normally capitalized.
