RTK5 doesn't have portraits of all the characters

Hi, I downloaded rtk5 and installed/run it with dosbox. Found that all portraits of characters are missing. I tried downloading the portraits but these files are all in .gif formats.

Please help. Thks.

If anyone still has issue with this, I've found another copy of rtk5 and replaced KAODATA.S5 file to the kongming's zip. Now all the officer photos are visible.
