I only remember to see Cao Pi when you killed all officers leaving only Cao Cao alive. But i am not sure if that happened in DW2 or DW3 Chi Bi.

Thats right I recall playing Cao Cao's misou mode and all hell broke lose and before long it was down to me and a lotta troops by two gates in the northwest of the Chi Bi map, Cao Pi did show up with some men and officers in the north but by the time I fought my way over to him he was long dead.
