Favourite DW Character..

well lets say I'm not their biggest fan. I don't hate them but don't really like them either, in other words I just don't care about them. I used to hate them but now I've accepted them as being members of the roster. I understand why they are there but if I had my way I would personally choose to have them replaced by more novel relevant characters i.e. Zhu Ran replacing Lian Shi.

I'm of the opinion that Wu should get Zhu Ran, Zhuge Ke, and Lu Kang to extend their story. Throw in Liao Hua, Wang Ping, and Ma Liang (or Su) for Shu, and Yue Jin and Yu Jin for Wei.

Jin would benefit from adding Yang Hu, Wen Yang, and Du )u. That's what I think about 8, or 8 and 9.

I would anticipate the design and weapons being great for some of them. I could add them to my favorite DW character list.

ya its hard for me to say who could be my favorite until I really see what Koei does with them. I already loved Ma Dai so much even before they made him playable so I knew I'd love him but a good example would be Guo Huai. I would never have guessed Guo Huai to become one of my favorite Dynasty Warriors characters, heck I wouldn't ever have guessed he'd become a character anytime soon.

My top favorites are Zhuge Dan, Deng Ai, Sima Shi, and Xiahou Yuan. I think it's funny because I never liked Xiahou Yuan before in DW and all the others are new.

I loved Yuan Shao in 5, he was my favorite. They kind of fopped him up a little too much, in my opinion, but he's still pretty cool. Probably my fifth favorite after Xiahou Yuan.

By kingdoms, it'd probably be
Shu: Ma Chao
Wu: Sun Shang Xiang
Wei: Xiahou Yuan
Jin: Zhuge Dan
Other: Yuan Shao

I would love all of those additions. Especially Lu Kang, Liao Hua, and Yue Jin. I'd also like to see Hua Xiong and Yuan Shu for pre-kingdoms officers.

My top favourite Dynasty Warriors character would be Zhang Liao, in the games he is a COMPLETE badass (especially in 7 and non cannon such as Strikeforce and the Orochi series). Historicly he is as much as a badass than he is in the games >_<. Another who comes close would be Sun Ce for the same reasons except historicly he was kind of a prick and very boastful,which might contributed to his early death. However he had alot of potential as a conqueror.

Zhang Liao has a lot of appeal. His move set and his character are complete control. Clear everything in the battle field.
