Actually as far as game play goes, Jiang Wei would be the best choice.

He has the best crowd control, one of the best weapons, and the best moveset out of all of the characters listed. He's basically Ma Chao + Zhao Yun = Jiang Wei

Jiang Wei I know what you mean at one point I didn't like him much at all but I forced myself to play with him more often and I really like him now. :)

An attitude tune up would be great for him, well not an attitude, but a new VA, sounds like a little kid trying to pull of a characters voice.

I really can't see the aversion some people have with Jiang Wei, it's rather perplexing.

Out of all of the 'properly armed' strategists, he's irrefutably the most superior.

I still dont get how to use him, his reach is so unbelievably rubbish.
I prefer Zhuge and Zhou Yu to him.
